The insights suggest that among the major trending topics and keywords for the company are climate, IoT, offsets, “Carbon Offset”, “Carbon Credits”, company announcements, reporting and verification, OTC, CSE and more. However, it also indicates that the amount of data on ShiftCarbon online is low and has been declining by 23% compared to the previous period. Also, Twitter mentions for the company is in decline of 13% in comparison to the previous period.

The analysis also notes that the parent company of the company has been a major trending topic in the past two months, as well as “carbon credits”. The report suggests that focusing on “carbon credits” could be a good strategy for becoming a topic authority and for public education.

In terms of competitors, out of 18, 17 have substantial digital market value and according to AI models there is a strong potential for growth in the space. The report also states that there is a high ad cost due to the popularity of carbon offsetting, which is a government goal in many countries, but the market is rising which means there is room for growth.

The report also points out that countries like US, UK, EU & Japan have set 2050 as net-zero or carbon neutrality goals, China by 2060. In addition, the report also states that there is a strong traffic coming from France, Canada and Germany, but it also notes that there is a decline of 17% in the UK.

Among other business strategy suggestions, it was put forward that it may be beneficial for the company to assess the digital strategies of its competitors and identify areas where it can improve its own efforts in order to better reach and engage potential customers.
