I analyzed the sentiment surrounding the public company, as well as the engagement of their social media activity. 

 The website is reported to be underperforming and “unhealthy” compared to standard websites, with a decrease in international and country rank.

The website has a reasonable authority score but is lacking healthy pages and has many errors and warnings that could be resolved through website optimization and full funnel digital strategies.

The website’s bounce rate is reported to be 33.38% and the duration of visits has decreased by 43%, indicating weaker engagement that negatively impacts the company’s ability to attract new potential customers.

Only a small percentage of website leads are clicking into something meaningful, and many are reported to be employees of the company clicking into sites related to social media engagement and customer retention, or website optimization.

The company’s website has a weak domain presence, with no movement in volume for months, indicating a weak SEO and positioning strategy.

Most of the website’s audience is from the US, but a significant 23% of traffic is coming from Poland, suggesting that translating the website could be a good way to increase the clientele. The website’s main competitor, is dominating the space in terms of keyword usage and site visit trends. They have a sleek, modern-looking website and a messaging that is more personalized and geared towards individual investors, which is a trend that clients seem to be wanting more of, as opposed to big-box store feel.

Among other business strategy suggestions, it was put forward that it may be beneficial for the company to assess the digital strategies of its competitors and identify areas where it can improve its own efforts in order to better reach and engage potential customers.
