The primary objective of this project is to scrutinize and comprehend the customer base of a UK bank using Tableau. Our focus will be on identifying and understanding the trends and patterns within the customer demographic and financial data. This will aid the bank in developing more strategic and effective customer-related decisions.
These visualizations will permit stakeholders to swiftly recognize trends such as which regions hold the highest balances, how balances differ by job classification, growth trends of the bank’s customer base, and more. We will delve into different facets like regional customer analysis, job classification, and balance growth over time.
The visualizations included in the project will assist in pinpointing which regions, job classifications, and age groups are the most valuable to the bank, how these have changed over the years, and where future opportunities may lie.
Through this data analysis, this project can prove beneficial for bank executives, marketing professionals, and customer service managers who wish to better understand their customer base and make informed decisions about marketing, product development, and customer service strategies.
